To maximize your convenience, a client coordinator will be personally dedicated to your care, serving as your primary contact for health administrative issues and assisting you in accessing preventative health services in a timely manner.
On-Demand Preventative Health Reports & Letters
Following each annual preventative assessment, you will be provided with a detailed report which includes your testing results, summarizes any areas of potential concern, and outlines an individualized action plan for health improvement. All past and present test results will be available to you at any time, and health letters for employment or travel purposes can be prepared at no additional cost.
Private Client Lounge
Relax in the comfort of our Private Client Lounge in-between components of your assessment or at any time of your choosing, with complimentary refreshments and healthy meal options.
Appointment Flexibility
All interim health visits are available through virtual or telephone means. A number of urgent appointment slots are available should you have any urgent issues that arise and can be discussed with an internal medicine specialist.
