Cristina is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication and over seven years of experience in both hospital and private practice settings. Her practice focuses on holistic healthy living, cardiovascular risk reduction, and long-term wellness to help clients thrive at any age.

With a deep interest in longevity and disease prevention, Cristina helps clients build realistic and sustainable habits that support not only physical health, but also emotional well-being and quality of life. She uses a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size® (HAES®) approach and incorporates intuitive eating, mindfulness, and trauma informed care into her practice.
Cristina works with a variety of health concerns including stroke recovery, heart health, digestive issues, ADHD, disordered eating, and mental health. Her goal is to empower clients to nourish their bodies, support brain and heart function, and foster a more balanced, connected relationship with food, movement, and themselves—now and in the future.
