Our team will guide you through a comprehensive half-day of physician assessment and preventative health planning. All components are optional, with built-in flexibility to accommodate your needs.
Sample New Member First Visit Schedule
8:00 AM: Arrival & Introductions
Begin your visit by meeting our friendly team and getting acquainted with our facility.
8:15 AM: Visbody S30 Body Composition Scan
A quick, non-invasive, and non-radiative scan that provides important metrics such as your lean muscle mass, body fat percentage, and visceral fat mass.
8:30 AM: Cardiac & VO2 Max Testing
Advanced cardiac assessment including stress testing, echocardiography, and VO2 Max testing to provide insights into your heart health and cardiovascular exercise capacity.
9:15 AM: Refreshment Break
After exercise testing, enjoy a brief refreshment break in our private member lounge.
9:30AM: Health History & Screening
A detailed review of your personal health history, health goals, medications, family history, and lifestyle, followed by screening for any active symptoms and cognitive testing as applicable.
10:15 AM: Provisional Results Sharing
A review of results available thus far, with discussion of potential longevity implications.
10:45 AM: Health Presentation
An optional presentation by Dr. Finlay on longevity topics of your choosing, with ample opportunity for further discussion.
11:30 AM: Preventative Action Plan Creation
Collaborative creation of a preventative action plan that aims to meet your health and longevity goals and address any potential health concerns.
11:45 AM: Referrals & Follow-Up Plans
Booking of virtual appointments with our in-house dietitian and fitness coach, scheduling physician follow-up and further testing, and arranging external referrals as clinically indicated.
12:00 PM: Departure
