that are not covered by OHIP, such as extended virtual communication, expedited administrative
support, and enhanced availability. OHIP-insured medically necessary services continue to be
billed in accordance with Ontario regulations. Participation in Concierge Medicine is voluntary
and does not affect access to medically necessary insured care.
